Ken was born in San Diego and is a third generation Californian. Although he is native to Southern California, Ken has deep roots in places like Texas, Alaska, and New York, as he has called home to many cities over the years. Throughout his travels to places like New Caledonia in the South Pacific as a young child, Ken can always remember carrying a camera. He credits his travels and experiences around the world as the inspiration behind most of his work.

After graduating from San Diego State University, Ken decided to relocate to Los Angeles and start his career in front of the camera. This decision ultimately led him to pursue his passions in New York City. It was there, after many years of acting and modeling, Ken decided his real passion was on the other side.

Within all of his concentrations, lifestyle photography became natural fit for him. It was also the landscapes of New York City, the beaches of Southern California, and his travels to the Alaskan wilderness that helped shape his love for fine art and landscape photography as well.

Ken’s energy is palpable. He loves getting everyone on set involved and feeling as exhilarated as he does. He consistently delivers what is asked of him, but takes pride in offering and exploring additional creative perspectives that may have not been considered. In the pursuit of fine art images, Ken is always camera ready and the ready to tackle the road less traveled.

Outside of his work, Ken has a deep love for the ocean as a surfer, stand up paddler, fisherman and is also driven by health and fitness. He is dedicated to his faith, family, friends and a constant improvement in his craft.
